Age and eligibility. The app is for users 18 years of age or older only. We do not operate a separate age-gate or technical age verification system beyond the first-use age declaration you confirm in the app. We do not knowingly allow registration or in-app purchase use by people below that threshold.

Account model. The app supports account creation, registration, and login. Access to core features is conditioned on your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use in the in-app flow we display. The specific login method (for example, identifier type you choose) may vary by app version, but is always used only to provide the services described here.

In-app purchases. The app includes in-app purchases processed by Google through Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card number from Google in the typical flow; we may process order identifiers, entitlements, and related signals to deliver content or features and to comply with Google Play requirements.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

The scope of this policy

The scope of this policy is limited to the Google Play release of YY Hub on Android, including account, content, communication, and billing-related workflows. It does not describe products we do not offer on Android.

Categories of data we collect and process

We collect information only to the extent needed to run the app and meet legal or security obligations. The following list aligns with the Data safety section you see on Google Play and with how we process data in the current product design.

Live content and session data. We process Live video and audio session content processed through the service for calls in order to Provide HD video calls, routing, and synchronized messaging features. This processing is Required when you use live video or voice calling.

Messaging and media in chat. We process Chat messages and user-shared photos and videos (including emoji-related message content) to Operate instant messaging, media sharing, and community safety workflows. This is Required when you send messages or share media in chat.

Account and sign-in data. We process Account identifiers and authentication-related data to Provide registration, sign-in, session integrity, fraud prevention, and account security. This is Required when you create or use an account.

In-app purchase signals. We process In-app purchase and entitlement signals processed in the App to Deliver digital goods or features and reconcile entitlements with Google Play. This is Collected when you purchase or restore as applicable. Payment processing is performed by Google; we receive purchase state and order-related identifiers to unlock features, restore access, and prevent fraud, consistent with Google Play rules.

Device and security signals. We process Device ID and related device identifiers used for account security and analytics in order to support Fraud prevention, account security, purchase verification, and product improvement, where this collection is Required for core account and security functions where applicable and consistent with the Data safety form and your app version.

Diagnostics and stability. We process Usage events and diagnostics, including app health and error signals to Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality. This is Required to operate a reliable, secure app.

Safety and enforcement. We process Safety reports and block or report records you submit in order to Investigate abuse reports, enforce policies, and protect users. This is Optional; only when you use block or report flows.

We may use Device ID in connection with Analytics / Performance Monitoring and with account security and fraud workflows, as disclosed in the Data safety form.

Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK, and similar contexts). Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate legal bases and lawful bases for processing, including: performance of a contract (to deliver account services, live sessions, and purchases you request); legitimate interests in securing accounts, improving stability, and preventing abuse; legal obligation where the law requires retention or disclosure; and consent where we ask for it, which you may withdraw without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Commercial and security purposes include: operating features you activate; associating your activity with your account; preventing fraud; enforcing our rules; and exercising or defending legal claims. We do not use the categories above for purposes that are hidden from the Data safety disclosure.

Sharing with third parties (including “sharing” as defined in U.S. state law)

We share personal information with service providers and infrastructure partners only where needed to run YY Hub on Google Play and in line with the following categories, which are described in our internal third_party_sharing_map and reflected in our Data safety answers.

Cloud Hosting / CDN. We share data with a Cloud Hosting / CDN provider, including in practice Photos and videos uploaded by users, Media file metadata, and Storage access related file metadata, in order to Store, deliver, and accelerate media content for core app features.

Content Moderation Service. We share User-uploaded photos and videos and Related moderation metadata with a Content Moderation Service in order to Detect and prevent illegal, abusive, or policy-violating content.

Analytics / Performance Monitoring. We share Usage events, Device and app diagnostics, and where applicable Device ID with Analytics / Performance Monitoring tools in order to Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, security, fraud prevention, and analytics.

Google Play (payments). We share Order and entitlement information and Transaction identifiers processed in connection with Google Play Billing with Google as part of Google Play (payments) so that we can Process in-app purchases, deliver digital goods or features, and reconcile entitlements. Google also processes data under its own policies as a platform and payment services provider.

We do not treat these disclosures as a “sale” of your information in the sense described in U.S. state law for this product. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

California: “share” and how you can exercise the right to know whether we share or sell. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the words “share” and “sharing” can include making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising in some cases, and can also be understood under the specific definition under California law that appears in the statute and regulations. We describe the ways we work with third parties in this Privacy Policy and in the Data safety form. You have the right to know whether we share or sell your personal information, subject to verification. You may contact Staniahere123@gmail.com and we will respond within 15 business days where applicable.

Virginia: Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) gives some Virginia residents additional rights, including the ability to opt out of certain activities under defined conditions.

How you can opt out (Virginia and similar U.S. state laws)

This section is written so you can see clear steps, not a generic “contact us” only.

You may also opt out of some uses of the Android advertising identifier by using Settings > Google > Ads on your device, including opt out of Ads Personalization (wording can vary) or by resetting your advertising ID, where your device’s menus offer that option. These opt out steps limit certain ad-related sharing; they do not replace account or purchase processing through Google Play.

Right to know — summary. In addition to the California explanation above, you may request a report on categories of information we process and, where applicable, whether we share data with third parties and for what business purposes, so that the right to know whether your personal data is shared is meaningful. Contact Staniahere123@gmail.com to submit your request.

Microphone. We use the Microphone for live video and audio sessions when you use those features. The Microphone is not in the background for unrelated always-on listening. You can disable it in Android settings.

Photos and videos (read; Android READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO or scoped access as applicable). We request access to Photos and videos so you can attach or share photos and videos in chat. This access is not in the background for unrelated scanning. You can limit or revoke the permission in Android settings.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, port, object to or restrict certain processing, or request deletion, subject to legal exceptions. Children. This app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly process children’s data in violation of our age rule.

Information Security Measures

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and staff training. No method of storage is perfect; you should also protect your device and credentials.

International transfers

We may process information in the country where you use the app and in other countries where we or our providers operate, including in connection with Google services. When GDPR-style rules apply, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.

Account deletion (required disclosure)

Because account creation is supported for this app, we state clearly that you may request account deletion using Settings > Account > Delete account in the app, and you may also submit account deletion or related requests by email to Staniahere123@gmail.com. Account deletion may not remove all purchase records that Google holds independently.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
